Shipping costs are charged to the customer and will be reported before the conclusion of the purchase, after entering the delivery address.
The order will be executed within the terms specified on the site and upon acceptance of the order by 0909 and in any case within 30 days following the confirmation of the order subject to the availability of the product ordered and unless specifically agreed between the parties.
Delivery times may vary, depending on the availability of the products and the choice of payment method by the Customer, as established by art. 7 of these Conditions.

0909 invites the Customer to check the product data sheets for information on average availability times and, if necessary, to contact the Customer Assistance service before purchasing, if delivery times are decisive for the purchase decision.
Production times are a forecast based on work experience and collaboration with our suppliers. Delivery times are dependent on the manufacturing policies of the manufacturer. 0909 urges its suppliers and shippers to respect the average production and delivery times. While guaranteeing the utmost commitment to our collaborators, 0909 is not responsible for any shortcomings of one of the two parties.
Deliveries close to public holidays may be subject to delays related to contingencies and the closing days of the period, a production or delivery delay before the holiday closure of the manufacturing companies and transport companies, could cause the postponement of the delivery of a few weeks.
Deliveries are made by specialized logistics partners (GLS EXECUTIVE - POSTE ITALIANE SDA - DHL EXPRESS - TNT), on the street level (no delivery to the floor). The costs related to the eventual use of elevators are charged to the customer.
The Customer must indicate in the order if there are any situations of inconvenience to arrive at the place of delivery such as the ZTL area, narrow streets, pedestrian areas etc.
All costs for any additional services, such as rental of smaller vehicles, porterage etc. are charged to the customer.
0909 is not responsible for any delays attributable to the shipping company.
For each order, the Customer will be informed about the progress of the same: in the management and shipping phase. 0909 will provide the Customer with the Tracking Number and all the details to be able to monitor the status of the shipment.
Upon receipt of the order, the Customer must check that the number of packages indicated on the waybill is actually the one delivered.
Furthermore, the Customer must check the conformity of the products delivered to those ordered and in particular the integrity and absence of external defects.
Only after this verification has been carried out, the Customer must sign the delivery note, after which he will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of what has been delivered to him in relation to the order placed. Any disputes must be reported to the courier, indicating on the waybill that the customer must sign for collection, the words "accepted subject to control" specifying the reasons, otherwise the package is considered delivered correctly.
In case of non-delivery of the purchase order, made with a payment method other than cash on delivery and in the absence of the recipient at the specified address, the courier in charge will leave a postcard to certify the delivery attempt.
After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will go into storage.
In the event of non-delivery of the shipment, the next day the carrier company in charge automatically sends to 0909 the dossier for the opening of the storage practice, which indicates the reason for the non-delivery.
The customer also has the possibility to view the dossier for opening the practice of stock and the status of his order directly on the control panel of his personal profile. The storage costs are charged to the customer.
0909 will contact the Customer in order to release the stock and ensure that the delivery takes place as soon as possible.
In the absence of instructions from the Customer and after 3 (three) working days from the opening of the storage practice, the purchased product will be sent back to 0909.
After ten working days from the date on which the product was returned to 0909, and in the absence of a provision by the Customer, the contract will be considered terminated and the purchase order canceled pursuant to art. 1456 of the Italian Civil Code
0909 will reimburse the sum paid by the Customer net of the costs of unsuccessful product delivery, as well as the cost of returning the same to 0909.
The refund amount will be credited to the payment method used by the Customer for the purchase. In the event that, before the expiration of ten days, the Customer requests to receive the purchased product again 0909 will proceed with the new delivery upon debit, in addition to the costs of returning the product to 0909. It is up to the recipient to check the conditions of the delivered product.
