We have 3 different methods of purchase:
ONLINE = browse the website and search for your item, then click on “Add to cart” and specify the quantity desired. Once all your productS are in the cart, you should click on “Checkout” where you will see all the products selected and a specifical space to insert your personal code (always valid for B2B customers) or promotional code (in case of particular promotions ) . Then, you can proceed with the payment.
ONLINE WITH PERSONAL SHOPPER=contact our customer service at the number 331 17 49 118 or by email at the address firstname.lastname@example.org to agree upon an appointment by telephone during which you will receive assistance and help during the purchase procedure useful also to receive information, details and advices on the items.
OFFLINE= come and visit our showroom in Martina Franca where you will see all our collection , try on our clothes and receive customer assistance in person.
All our items can be returned with a request placed by email at the address email@example.com or telephone at the number 331 17 49 118 in case of defects, wrong size or if the item does not reflect your expectation.
In case of defects a photo of the item is required.
The return request shall be placed within 14 business days by the date you receive the order. After request of return we can proceed with refund or replacement of the item.
Return is not possible for tailored or customized items.
In case of customs costs, they will be entirely at your expenses.
Once the return procedure is accepted, we will wait the package to our warehouse in order to check the integrity of the item.
The item must be returned with the original label and using the orginal packaging in order to ensure safe transport.
After integrity verification of the item, you can decide for a refund or replacement.
In case of replacement, we will ship you the item chosen.
In case of refund, we will place it within 14 business days on the card used for the payment or on your IBAN.
If you need to modify or cancel an order, we suggest to contact us as soon as possible at the number 331 17 49 118 or at the email address firstname.lastname@example.org and we will act as request.
If the order has been already shipped, please follow the instructions of point 2.
You will receive the order confirmation by email in the Inbox folder.
Sometimes, the email order confimation can be exchanged for spam by your email line. We suggest to check your spam folder or junk folder.
In that case, you should select the email and mark as not spam.
Then, all our email will be regularly visible in the Inbox folder.
